I have no doubt that some people have had a pleasant experience with this company, but I did not. After weeks of searching for a reputable local company, did my homework and everyone recommended muff and tails. So I went there. Right away it should have been a red flag when the owner/technician prefer not to instal custom systems or parts they do not provide. I get it, sell parts make more money. Long story short, the quality was sub par, welds half done, a number of leaks, double gaskets and sealer in the manifold to cat flange. Said he didn't have time to fix it cause he was running behind and that's why he shouldn't have taken my car as a job. In my opinion as an experienced auto technician and exhaust specialist this type of service would not have been accepted.Why did I not do my own work you ask, none of my own equipment of course. In conclusions maybe it was just my day or maybe the tech wasn't having a good morning, seems like if the price isn't right the guy doesn't care too much. Hope this helps
