While driving on 74, we had a rock hit our windshield only 20 miles from Crawfordsville. I sent an email from Morgans website about our situation. I received a response within 5 minutes. Very Professional.
My historic home had a large window consisting of several small panes of glass separated by 100 year old wood mullions that were in very good condition. The guy who came to change the one small pane that was cracked decided to tear out ALL the wood and replace the 9 small panes with one large pane. Afterwards, that window was the only one in the house that did not match the other windows. The owner said I should have told him NOT to do it that way if I didn't want to tear out the wood mullions.
