I stopped in for a quarter sized rust spot. Guy didn't even get up and barked $2500 bucks. I asked if he was joking. He said no, "I know it's drivers side and it's $2500, I know durango's". I asked if he was serious, it was a small spot on the passenger side. Guy was so rude. Went and looked at it and gave a different estimate, on the back of a business card. I'm never going there again. If you get good service there, good for you. I didn't understand the attitude I got.
Took my car there for some body on drivers side of car. Insurance company advised against going there for repair work. I didn't listen. Picked up my car and the top of the drivers side door had a huge gap in it and could see daylight through. I confronted the owner and she said its okay, we fixed it. Argued with me about it and sent some other guy out for a look. He dug his knee into the inside of my door trying to bend it back. Told him you can't bend a door back! I was not happy and let them know. They refused to fix it. I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND this place!! Find somewhere else or you'll regret it!! Rude, terrible customer service and work!!
