Most staff does not verbally acknowledge customers when they walk in. I want to like this store but the lack of motivation of staff is unacceptable. Quit having conversations with staff and acknowledge customers. My rating would go up if this is developed.
Fairly knowledgeable staff help you find the parts you need. They will help you find the parts on the shelf at request. Pricing is typically fair. It helps if you know what you asking for.
Some fairly knowledgeable staff lots of common parts on hand, if they don't have what you're after they can usually have it next day by noon or 2 pm
