My Pug received his Shots on 10.12.17 he became very sick and died 10.15.17. Vet takes zero responsibility and receptionist was extremely rude to me when I reported his death. He was happy and healthy before shots - below is a photo just a couple days before shots. Bubsy had serious allergic reaction that could have been avoided if Vet would have informed me of possible dangers of doing all shots at once.
We recently switched vets to Sugar Creek. Very impressed with the staff, office, and the care our animal received. Walked in a few minutes early and my appointment was right on time.
Everyone is so nice and professional. They are also patient with difficult animals. We switched to Sugar Creek after lack of service and bad experiences at another vet. We have not been disappointed.
