I work for a local company and we needed shirts and a tablecloth embroidered with the company logo for an event this Friday. I called to ask if this could be done. The lady, Sally, who does the embroidery was at lunch at the time. The girl working the front had no idea about the embroidery side. It took requesting more information about the embroidery for the front desk girl to finally call Sally and get information. I was told if I wrote down my information they would call me back when Sally got back from lunch.
It's a nice, friendly shop to get your sporting needs.
Our office closes at 6:00 pm. Their office closes at 5:00 pm...see my predicament?!
I had silk screening done here. The price was reasonable. The product exceeded expectation. Also, they kept the specs of the order on file in case I needed more, which I did. A simple phone call got me more shirts. Very convenient.
Their lack of concern for earning my business culminated in me asking if they would be able to finish the work by Friday [No] and if the girl had even planned on returning my call. Her nonchalant "sorry" and shrugged shoulders sealed the deal.
By 2:00 pm, I still had not received a phone call about the info I requested. So I tried calling them but the line was busy. I waited 20 min and called again...still busy. I thought it was our phone system so I tried my cell phone...SURPRISE..it was busy. I then left work and went to the shop. I let the girl know her phone was not working, to which she replied, "oh yeah the lady[...I'm assuming she was referring to Sally...] did something to the phone so it won't ring." Awesome. During business hours this business placed their phone on "Do Not Disturb."
I TOOK MY BUSINESS TO COONS TRIM CO and would not recommend Top Line Athletics to anyone.
If I could give a negative star amount, I would. This was the WORST experience EVER!
