I have been satisfied with the work with Cook Heating and Tommy and Stacy done a great job.
Always courteous and very professional. They're also very good at keeping me up to date on their arrival time. If something is wrong, they discuss it with you and take care of it quickly. Best of all, they don't try to sell you things you don't need or want. I'm very glad I use Cook for my furnace and AC needs!
We had an emergency service call and Troy B fixed the problem quickly and was extremely nice. We called this morning and he was there just a couple hours later on a Saturday. Just awesome!!!

Cook's installed our Geo Thermal unit a year ago in our new house, and they have always been very professional and courteous when working with us. Troy B has been our service tech since the installation and he always calls ahead to let us know when he will arrive, and he is always on time, very friendly, and professional. At our last service Troy had Andrew F. with him and he was also very friendly and professional. It's refreshing to work with a company that has such professional staff working for them.
