The staff was very immature and not professional at all. The manager was even encouraging their behavior. Most of our food was old and just put back in the dryer so it tasted burnt. And they locked the doors at 9pm when the sign says they are open until 10pm. I would wait a few weeks before going there again, at least until these employees get cycled out. From the way they were talking I don't think it will be too long.
I have received cold fries. I have been told they can't break a $50 on 2 dinners. I have been told they can't honor the text deals you have to sign up for. I have been called by the manager and told to come back and they'd comp my meal. The manager wasn't there when she said she would be.
I have been kicked out of the dining room after ordering and an hour before closing because of some strange cleanup rule. Of course, they took my money before telling me about this.
I have had too many bad experiences with service and food quality at this place to even begin. I really enjoy the food this franchise puts out at good locations. However, this location is poorly run, and the customer service for complaints falls on deaf ears.
Food is freshest at meal times you may get a second dip in the fry to reheat in slower hours of the day.
When arrived the door was locked had my handicapped mother with me she had to walk to the other door. Two other customers waiting at the register and no employees at counter. Waited to order food. Took 35 minutes to get food. Staff said door locked itself right. They have rude and complaining attitudes. Could hear them complaining about customers asking for their orders. Very rude. They complained about wanting to take a break. Go to McDonald's next time.
When you call the regional manager, there's always a new one. This franchisee is in disarray. Find somewhere else to eat Long John's.
Good food as usual still a little greasy but hey it's all fried food. Love the Cole slaw
