Blew a tire on 74 on our way to Wisconsin and Wilson's was more than helpful! The woman in the office was so nice and John was unbelievably kind and helpful when we were obviously unaware of what to do or where to go. Their price for towing and a new tire were great and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thank you so much for making this awful situation not so scary.
They came to tow my car to the dealership, I gave the keys and left. some time later the tow guy called me and said he fixed the car, although his job is towing the car only! he did not ask not even one cent for it, but still I paid as he dropped the car to the dealership. These guys are amazing!
Wilson's did a great job at a reasonable price towing my wife's car back to Indianapolis.
My truck wouldn't start after work on Wednesday (I get off at 11PM). I work at Penguin Random House only 1.9 miles from Wilsons. A cop recommended Wilsons to me so I figured they would be okay if cops recommend them. The next day after my truck sat in the parking lot all night I made an appointment for 2:15 PM for them to meet me and tow my truck to their shop to get it worked on. I was quoted a $50.00 charge. I told them I had to go in the door to work at 2:30 and the receptionist said no problem you just need to hand us your keys and that they would be there at 2:15 sharp! I had to call them after I waited beyond 2:15 PM and they didn't get there until 2:40 PM so I was late! When he finally got there to my surprise they didn't even send a roll off truck to haul my 3/4 ton diesel for what may have been an expensive repair. The drive took the keys got in my truck and it started right off. He handed me the keys and said they it was a $45.00. I was going to get a point that I couldn't afford at work so I paid him and ran in the door. He didn't offer a receipt or even ask if I wanted to still get it repaired. I drove it home that night and it didn't start again. I hired Plunkett's from Kingman to haut it to Kenny Vise Ford who has a certified diesel mechanic for repairs. I paid Plunkett Towing $125.00 for a 30 mile tow. Wilsons would have been $1500.00 if I paid them $50 for every 2 miles like they were charging from my work place. The only reason I called them was because I thought it would be cheaper because it was closer. Plunkett's brought a roll off to haul my truck to Ladoga. I feel they were very professional unlike Wilson. I can't give Wilson any stars but put one because you can't review if you put no stars. Beware of this outfit. I checked Google reviews before I called them.
Andy came to pick me up in a timely fashion. Really nice guy helped me out alot. He did a great job driving and knows what he is doing! If I ever need a tow again this who I'm calling everytime! Thanks again Andy!!!
