This is not a UPS retail type store but a real UPS hub. They are helpful but expect to be all ready with your shipping box when you arrive. There is a computer there for you to fill out your shipping info which creates a ticket. You take the ticket to the counter and they will weigh your package and ask for payment.

I have better luck with USPS
A package was to be delivered today, email came in last night, tracking updated when it left on the truck at 9am. It was a delivery between 11am and 3pm. It's currently 845pm, nothing at or on my door, there was a body at the house all day, and tracking still shows it on the truck out for delivery. So where is it? What are we paying you for?

Never get packages the day they say. Even when you pay for next day it's always 2 or 3. Shows delivering & clearly not here. Nice job.
