Very nice and friendly local store. Love to take the dogs in and browse. I always find something I don't need but the dogs want.
Normally ok, but I don't visit often. It's alright when you know what you need and can find it or if you need to bath your big dog and don't want to do it at home in the tub. They run specials on the dog washes sometimes, and they have soap (3 different kinds, and one is oatmeal kind for sensitive skin) and towels are readily available as well as having a lower bath station and a higher one for smaller dogs. The last time I visited I couldn't find what I was initially going for and only a employee at the register, did I see. So I stood there waiting what felt like forever checking out another customer. Then she couldn't just point or say a number to where the item was. Then I stood in line for another twenty plus minutes waiting to check out with my one item. Then I found a better version of the item WAY cheaper later at BIG R. The better version was also at Pet Supplies but like $4 more. Hence going to big r first next time ;)
