Every time we have visited the soda fountain has been a complete mess, even smelling of hot garbage one time. On two separate occasions there have been large amounts of water puddled on the floor in random places, with no sign. The management is obviously ill-trained and does not do a good job running their store. It has taken an excessive amount of time to get our food, each time the order not being correct the first time. When we approached the counter on one occasion to ask about getting a missing item we were looked at by 5 separate employees who proceeded to look the other way and walk by. I have visited this facility again and again hoping for different outcomes, but sadly am let down.
Took me 45 minutes to get two $1 burritos. Then the rice was crunchy and I literally spat out my burrito while driving northbound on 231 heading back home to Lafayette. Won’t return, ever again. Three strikes at slow service and making inconsistent products. Two of the same burritos had completely different tastes.
Over the past year or so, this Taco Bell has totally lost the ability to complete any order right the first time. Every time I go they not only get my order wrong, but there are usually 2 to 3 other customers trying to get their order corrected as well. They never miss charging me for extra toppings, yet they always forget to actually put them on. I am now officially done trying to eat at this location. I'll have to get my Taco Bell fix elsewhere.
I like Taco Bell, but the service here could be much better. We tend to get wrong orders here about half the time, but the food is always warm and good.
Not too bad but often times leaves you remembering the food was better the last time
