A few of the employees are extremely rude and lazy. I needed a new registration for a new lease and one of the women wouldn't take the original title to the car that I had. I came back in at a different day and had someone else help me. the same lady tried to question it but her boss obviously said it was fine. I'm short on time and the waits in BMVs are already long. I don't have time for nonsense. nor for people that don't know how to do their jobs. This was not the first time I dealt with rude and uneducated employees here. However, each time, what I need done, gets done.
