Dr Gilman and his staff were very professional and polite. My appointment was right on time. Dr Gilman did not push glasses on me and actually advised me to wait. Saved me money. Refreshing to see a Dr and not feel pressured to buy glasses each visit.
All staff did well with my kids. They were very attentive and answered all my questions.
Went there as a new patient and will be going back! The staff was excellent and took the time to help me and had great suggestions on my glasses, they took their time and didn't rush me through the process like I have gotten at other offices. The doctor was great as well and answered my questions. I liked it so much that my wife and I have brought out 2 sons here ages 5 and 3. I would highly recommend them to anyone with kids, they were super patient and great with the boys. We will definitely be using them for our eye care from here on out.
Dr. Gilman and his staff was great! They took their time with us, help us with insurance questions and explained what was going on with my son's eyes - definitely recommend this doctor!
Dr. Gilman is great! Unfortunately his staff are not as pleasant. Kathy, in particular, is very unprofessional and rude. She bumped the air machine, accidentally shooting 2 extra shots of air into my young child's eye,and didn't apologize. He was afraid to begin with! Then, when she began the exam, she was telling my child the letters on the screen. How can they determine what he can read if she is telling him the answers? She didn't listen to anything he said to her, when he tried to explain the problems with his vision. And to top it off, we ended up with a crappy pair of glasses, that have an improper fit, even after coming back a second time to get them adjusted. I was hoping this would be the place for the whole family, but we will not be back.
