NO STARS. UNRELIABLE. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT THOUGH GE APPLIANCE'S WHICH CONTRACTS THIS COMPANY. THE APPOINTMENT WAS SET FOR BETWEEN 12-5. I TOOK THE DAY OFF WORK FOR THIS APPOINTMENT. THEY DID NOT RETURN ANY CALLS, THEY TOLD GE WHEN I CALLED THEM AFTER 5 PM THEY WOULD BE HERE IN 20 MINUTES THEY STILL DID NOT SHOW UP NOR DID THEY CALL. VERY UNRELIABLE COMPANY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO CALL AND RESCHEDULE IF THEY WAS SO BUSY WHICH I VERY MUCH DOUBT WITH SERVICE LIKE THIS OR LACK OF I SHOULD SAY. THEY COULD NOT SHOW UP FOR THE CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT. I WASTED A FULL DAY WAITING ON THEM. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO CONSIDERATION FOR THE CUSTOMER'S TIME OR ISSUES.
