Friendly people and very knowledgeable
The people are friendly although there is usually a wait and it takes way too long to activate new phone services or other things. The price of items and services are too high plus everything is an extra cost. Frustrating although cell phones are the way to go.
Arrived at 6:30pm told the front door greeter I wanted to get a new phone, at no point in time did she let me know that they do not sell phones past 7pm. Wait nearly an hour just to be helped, for the guy to tell us that they do not do upgrades past 7pm. Not sure why nobody mentioned this as I waited all this time to not be helped. I do not recommend going to this store. Skip the middle man and do it yourself online, or find a store with better service!
Any problems I take here. The fix it fast and good. They tell me about specials that save me money.
I wish I had read reviews before going in here. I got sold an upgrade to my prepaid but wasn't told I wouldn't be able to use my hotspot. Lost money on remainder of current contract plus had to switch back to original plan to get back hotspot so lost out on new money paid. Plus signed up for Direct TV based on the premise I could hot spot my phone with the new plan, which I can't. They won't refund my money even though they sold the product with false information. Even the manager won't help me. He seemed to think $40 towards a $135 loss was sufficient.
