If your going there for walk in clinic it's great. If your there for Suboxone program it's a money making scam. A Suboxone Doctor can only prescribe so much medicine, so they give you a very small dosage so they can have as many patients as possible. More patients they have more money they make so instead of giving 100 patient what they really need according to there habit, they would rather give 300 patience less than what they really need because they make more money that way. Obviously not trying to help the adicit instead helping there bottom line. If you have a really bed addiction I suggest a real addiction doctor who isn't afraid to raise and lower the dosage as needed towards your cravings. Depression is the biggest symptom of an addict and people's depression levels can change and so to is the amount that you are prescribed. I love doctor rathad we just don't agree on this topic.
The doctor is always very in-depth. The staff is very friendly. The lady's at the front desk are always very nice to my kids as well me. I would recommend this doctor and his practice to and of my family and friends. I have been hear several times and I have left every time with all my health needs addressed and taken care of. This doctor also helps the community with the drug epidemic and offers a suboxone program. I have one relative that this doctor alone has changed his hole life for the better. So all and all this doctors office can meet any health need your family might have.
I have had an occasion to have a grandson to this facility and have found all of the personnel to be very efficient and courteous. The facility is always very clean and welcoming. It is especially convenient that a patient does not need an appointment to have one day service. All in all, I have found this to be a positive experience.
Hardworking staff that make sure you leave happy and healthy and it costs less than an ER visit. I would highly recommend API Clinic if you can not make it into your regular doctor's office or even if you're from out of town and need medical treatment. They take great care of all of their patients.
This is the worst experience i have ever had at a doctors office. The doctor (who refused to tell me his name) was rude, arrogant, and abrasive. I was referred to API by another facility and the doctor refused to continue that facilities treatment plan. At that point I just wanted to get the doctors name and leave. When I asked the doctor what his name was, and not in an impolite way whatsoever, he stormed out of the room. When he came back he was with a nurse and was telling her to call the police. I politely informed the nurse that I had only inquired about his name. When she seemed confused about what to do he told her to follow me into the parking lot to see what car I was getting in to. I then left their office without further incident. I still have never found out what the doctors name is. All I know is that he is an Indian guy and is about 6 ft tall. I followed up by filing a complaint with my insurance company. If you get referred to this clinic by Valle Vista Hospital do not go. You you will only leave dissappointed.
