The tire and auto workers were really nice and the 2 hr estimated time only took them 1 hr to change oil and tires. Compared to other walmart auto centers this one is by far the best I have ever been to. Fast and friendly service is more rare these days, and this place had both. 5 stars all the way!
.i have been there on a Friday night at 9 o'clock and one register open . Long wait times to check out..small town here so selection very limited compared to Lafayette, 30 mins from here. Very often have items with no price tag and if u get clearance items be SURE to watch the price ..numerous times I get clearance stuff and it rings up wrong..and if u dont catch it u have to go to customer service to get redunded..pain in the arse.
As with most Wal-Mart's, when u need a staff member , they are far and few between, and couldn't care less if u find what u are looking for ... totally crazy the the way they have only a couple of registers open most of the time
Awesome store...but the lay away program sucks!! There's some awesome employees who work there&then there's some really rude employees!!Also for some reason,they have like 20 cash registers,but only keep 2 or 3 open!!We waited in line 20 minutes just to buy 3 items.Waited 45 minutes at Customer Service Desk,just to ask a question!!
