We went in to rent a van a day before the travel, had it reserved for the next day pickup, had all the information in the computer just to find out it wasn't available the next day and they tried to say we misunderstood. Needless to say we walked out.
Enterprise Crawfordsville has always went above and beyond when we've rented from them. Great service, friendly staff. Cars have always been great. :)
Fast, efficient and friendly. They are the only car rental place in town and yet , offer good service all the way around. Great phone service to. I had to extend my rental an extra 2 days. I would recommend them and will use them again
I rented the car on a Saturday morning. It was very busy with only one rental agent working. But she moved us along as quickly as she could. She knew I was expected at an appointment soon, and she really went above and beyond to see that I was taken care of as fast as possible. I will use Enterprise/Crawfordsville again and recommend it highly. They care about their customers.
