Now that there's 2 different lanes for the drive-thru,I have no idea how employees keep all the orders in the correct order&given to the right customers.But,there was a mix-up with our order&we got the wrong order.We pulled up to go inside&get our order but before we even got out of our car,an employee came out, apologizing repeatedly about the mix-up,gave us the correct order&gave us free drinks& cookies for the mix-up!!Nice to know some fast food places still care about their customers&correct problems as quickly as possible!!
Horrible. Place is dirty, workers are rude and don't care, women's bathroom: no toilet paper in any of the stalls (how is that even possible?!), men's restroom: pee on the floor and one stall had no toilet paper, food was semi-warm and looked like someone just threw stuff together and wrapped it up, cookies were burnt and when asking the manager what they could do, her reply was "Nothing I can do, you got what you ordered", and to top it off, the few times through the drive thru: I have NEVER gotten thru this drive thru under 20 minutes. And thats not even during "busy" times. Wish I could give them no stars because even a 1 is being generous.
Never had a messed up order. 90% of the time the crew does great. I always enjoy my meals here
This McDonald's was surprisingly fast and correct and good. Unlike Terre Haute McDonald's.
Ordered hot chocolate, PAID for a large hot chocolate...received a regular coffee..NOT the same and there's a price difference (coffee is cheaper).
