Unfortunately, have had nothing but bad experiences with this accounting firm. Very poor communication. Half a dozen phone calls never returned in first year. I didn't receive my tax paperwork for approval until 4 days before they were due to find that we would owe in the tens of thousands of dollars. No warning from the accountant of what was coming. Now, the business has closed for 9 months and we are getting notice after notice of items that should have been filed on our behalf and weren't. So now that we're done with them, we STILL aren't done with them. Have been having to forward all these letters from the IRS and am waiting to find out what is going on. Definitely hold this business somewhat accountable for the horrible financial situation that caused the closure. We had no idea that we were in so far over our head and there was only SILENCE from our accountant. Having to rebuild everything that I had for four years from the ground up all over again. Lesson? Take classes and learn how to do the accounting MYSELF. I specifically hired this accountant to deal with the huge amounts of money we were throwing around. Now we're back to square one. If there's a silver lining, I'm back in school with a great GPA and a bachelors degree on the way. Not making this mistake again. I would never recommend this company.
